Use of the website is subject to these terms and to the provisions of applicable law. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the website. Continued use constitutes agreement to the terms as they appear at the time of use.
Purpose of the website
The website presents information about the studio, the productions created in it, the fields of production and the sponsorship and advertising packages, and enables contact.
The website is not an online shop. It has no card processing, no shopping basket and no binding order carried out on the website itself.
Enquiries and engagement
Sending a form, a WhatsApp message, an email enquiry or expressing interest in a package are an initial enquiry only. They do not create a contract, and they do not constitute an undertaking by the studio to take on the project.
An engagement is created only after coordination and written agreement on the scope of work, the price, the timetable and the deliverables — for example in an approved quotation or an agreement.
Services, packages and prices
The descriptions and prices presented on the website are preliminary information for orientation, and are not a binding offer. They may be updated from time to time.
All prices presented on the website exclude VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final price, the scope, the delivery dates, the number of revision rounds and any additional costs will be determined and approved in writing before work begins, in accordance with the characteristics of the project.
Nothing in these terms derogates from rights that cannot be contracted out of under law, including consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Law and the regulations made under it.
Sponsorship and advertising in productions
The sponsorship and advertising packages presented on the website are preliminary information. The full sponsorship terms — including the position of the placement, its scope, the delivery dates of the advertising materials and the payment arrangements — will be determined in an agreement or a quotation approved in writing.
The advertising placement is made as part of the edit of the production, and remains in it for as long as the production is available to watch on the platforms where it is published.
There is no undertaking as to the extent of exposure, the number of views or any commercial outcome. Viewing figures presented on the website or in sales materials relate to previous productions, and do not constitute a promise as to the performance of a future production.
The availability of a production also depends on factors outside our control, including the policy of the platform on which it is published. We will act with reasonable diligence to maintain the availability of the production, but we cannot undertake to do so permanently.
The studio may decline to include advertising content that does not suit the character of the production, its values or the law.
Watching productions and external services
As at the date of the update of these terms, the website does not include payment, purchase or paid registration.
Some productions may be available to watch, and in the future even to purchase, through an external provider. In such a case the service, the payment and the viewing terms are carried out with that provider and in accordance with its terms and policies, and not on this website.
A referral to an external service does not make it part of this website.
Intellectual property
The content on the website — including the design, the code, the texts, the videos, the images and the marks — belongs to the operator of the website or to the relevant rights holders.
The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, screened in public or used commercially without prior written permission, except for use expressly permitted by law.
Third-party marks, logos and content appearing on the website remain the property of their owners and are displayed in accordance with permissions or permitted use.
Permitted use of the website
Use of the website is intended for browsing, forming an impression and making contact. Please refrain from any use liable to harm the website, its users or third parties, including:

- Disrupting the operation of the website or deliberately overloading it
