Who operates the website
The website is operated by Abraham Friedman, licensed dealer no. 315133959, under the trade name AviPro Productions Studio.

Abraham Friedman is the controller of the personal information collected on the website and is responsible for handling it.
What information is collected
When an enquiry is sent through the contact form, the following details are collected:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address, if provided — this field is not required
- The selected production type
- The content of the message written
- The language of the page the enquiry was sent from
- The address of the page the enquiry was sent from
- The time of sending
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the content of the message you chose to send and the details of the account it was sent from, in accordance with how WhatsApp operates.
The accessibility preferences you select in the accessibility panel are stored locally in your browser. They remain on your device and are not sent to us.
The website does not run traffic analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not collect behavioural or location information.
Providing the information is voluntary
Providing your details in the form depends on your choice alone and is not required by law. However, without the fields marked as required we cannot handle an enquiry sent through the form.
You can always contact us by phone or on WhatsApp instead, without filling in the form.
What the information is used for
We use the information for the following purposes only:
- Handling the enquiry that was sent
- Getting back in touch
- Providing information or a proposal relating to the requested service
- Operating and securing the form
- Preventing misuse of the form
- Keeping business records and responding to disputes or legal obligations, to the extent required
We do not use the information for targeted advertising, user profiling or marketing communications, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
The information will not be used for a purpose other than the one for which it was provided, unless you have consented to it or it is required by law.
Mailings and marketing messages
The details provided in the contact form are used to respond to the enquiry only. We do not build a mailing list from them and we do not send promotional messages from them.
The AviPro WhatsApp community operates by active opt-in only — by clicking a link on the website. The community includes updates about productions, glimpses behind the scenes and benefits for community members. You can leave it at any time through the WhatsApp interface, without contacting us.
Should we operate email or SMS mailings in the future, we will ask for explicit consent in advance, and every message will include a simple unsubscribe option — in accordance with section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting).
Suppliers and third parties
To operate the website and the form we rely on service providers. These are the providers that may come into contact with information that was provided:
- Resend — an email delivery service, through which the content of the enquiry is passed to our mailbox. The service is operated by an American company.
- Vercel — the hosting and infrastructure service the website runs on.
- WhatsApp — only when you choose to open a link or send a message through it.
- YouTube, in youtube-nocookie.com mode — loaded only after a deliberate click on the play button. Until then no player is loaded and no information is transferred.
- Google Drive — some of the brand films are hosted on Google Drive, and its player is likewise loaded only after a deliberate click on the play button. This service has no cookie-free mode equivalent to youtube-nocookie.com, so from the moment playback begins Google may identify your browser in accordance with its privacy policy.
These providers are permitted to process the information for the purpose of providing the service only, and for no other purpose.
Transfer of information outside Israel
Some of the providers listed above store or process information outside Israel, including in the United States and in European Union member states.
The transfer is made in order to operate the website and to respond to your enquiry, in accordance with the privacy policies of those providers and the legal provisions that apply to them.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not operate cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes, and does not use tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
A single key named avipro-accessibility-v1 is stored in your browser, in localStorage. It holds the accessibility preferences you selected — reduced motion, increased contrast and underlined links — so that they persist between visits. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time using the reset button in the accessibility panel or through your browser settings.
If you choose to play a YouTube video on the website, YouTube may use its own storage technologies, in accordance with its privacy policy.
If you choose to play a film hosted on Google Drive, Google may store cookies and use its own storage technologies, in accordance with its privacy policy. The Drive player has no cookie-free mode, which is why it is loaded only after a deliberate click. If the embed is blocked in your browser — for example when third-party cookies are blocked — a link is shown for watching directly on Google Drive, and opening it is likewise subject to Google's privacy policy.
If tools that use cookies for analytics or advertising purposes are added to the website in the future, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent request will be presented.
How long the information is kept
An enquiry that did not lead to an engagement will be kept for up to 24 months from the date the handling of it ended, and will then be deleted.
An enquiry that did lead to an engagement will be kept for seven years from the end of the tax year in which the engagement ended, in accordance with bookkeeping obligations and for the purpose of protecting legal rights.
Enquiries sent by email may be retained in our mailbox and in the systems of the email provider, in accordance with their retention policy.
Information security and security incidents
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information provided, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), restricted access to the information and reliance on established providers.
That said, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot undertake to do so.
If a serious security incident occurs involving personal information provided through the website, we will act in accordance with the reporting obligations set out in law — to the Privacy Protection Authority and to the data subjects, as applicable.
Minors
The website is intended for general use and is not directed at children.
If you are under the age of 18, the consent of a parent or guardian is required before providing personal details through the website.
If it becomes apparent to us that a minor’s details were provided without such consent, we will delete them within a reasonable time. A parent or guardian who believes their child’s details were provided is welcome to contact us and the information will be deleted.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you have the following rights:
- Access — to request to review the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — to request the correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
- Deletion — to request the deletion of the personal information provided. We will delete it within a reasonable time, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it or a need to protect a legal right — and in that case we will explain to you why.
- Objection to use — to request that we stop a particular use of the information.
To exercise such a request you can contact us using the details at the end of this document. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask for additional details in order to verify the identity of the person making the request before handling it.
If our response does not satisfy you, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
